This quadrivia is at a northbound freeway exit from Highway 101. At this entrance-exit ramp, you can turn onto any of three other streets.

This quadrivia was spotted by my son while whizzing up Highway 101 at 60MPH. He's always looking for Quadrivias. We got off at the next exit and went back to check it out. Sure enough it was.
