Not to be confused with the related Braustuben of the same name in the same area, this is a modern looking brewpub atmosphere.

The brewery is named after a forest in the area which used to be the royal hunting grounds of the Württemberg family.

It serves salads, soups, and rostbraten with the beer and is child friendly.
