"Since 1888, Loma Lodge, Knights of Pythias has been an integral part of the San Diego community and specifically National City, California.
The Knights of Pythias have served thousand of men and women in our military as a home away from home. National City is a city rife with History, especially World War II and Korea.
Our Senior Officer is Sir Harry Grossberg, a 65 year Member of the fraternity. Harry and men like him have dedicated their lives to the order and its principles of "FRIENDSHIP, CHARITY and BENEVOLENCE".
Brother Grossberg has held many posts, but as he has said, “nothing is greater than simply being called a Brother and in the order, a man of fine repute and character.”
Each of us would be wise to emulate Harry’s 65 year journey. It was all started when he inquired about becoming a Member."
