The veteran's memorial honors all veterans. The memorial is a brick wall with plaques from the Disabled Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion. There is also a plaque that says "Dedicated to all United States Veterans." The memorial is dated 1986. Next to the half brick wall and flags is a granite slab memorial that says "In honor and memory of those who served our country. VFW Post 3922 and Auxilary." There is also a nearby cannon that was from the Civil War.

The Wadena cemetery was hit by a tornado in June of 2010. Many of the cemeteries large trees were uprooted and the cemetery suffered major damage. The memorial, however, appears to be in good shape.
