The Beecroft Weapons Range (BWR) is a Dept of Defence facility covering over 4200 hectares on the south coast of NSW. The anchor is purely for display & has no plaque explaining its origin. It sits in the garden & can be viewed from any angle.
When the BWR is open it has some of the best camping spots, walking tracks & secluded beaches in the district.
