This mosaic was designed and put together by South Bank Mosaics to guide commuters, leaving Waterloo Station, towards the famous red London buses. The mosaic is on the wall of an underpaas giving pedestrian access beneath railway lines. At the other end of the underpass is another mosaic that says "to the trains" and points in the direction of Waterloo station.
Specific visit requirements:
The mosaic consists of multi-coloured pieces of tile that are arranged to show a red London bus as its centre piece with the Transport for London logos in the top right and bottom left corners. The backdrop, behind the bus, shows many of London's sites including, from left to right, Big Ben, Potcullis House, the London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral and the Gherkin.
