The TRIM course is a laid out around the park. There are 75 controls of varying difficulty. Each control is marked with 4" x 4" metal markers attached to the feature indicated or attached to tree above the feature. The start point is at the park's visitors center where packets and maps for the course can be purchased for $3.00 plus tax. The first point is very nearby. The packet has recommended combinations of control to do for different levels of difficulty. The park covers a variety of terrain in its 1250 acres though it general it is flat to rolling terrain.
