This station, a U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey & State Survey standard disk, is located in Danville, NH. It is set in a boulder off the west side of Main Street (NH Rt.111A), across the road westerly from the Danville Baptist Church, in a vacant lot between two old houses. The boulder is next to a twin elm tree.
The lot displayed a 'For Sale' sign near the station. The NHDOT datasheet mentions a double-wide trailer home in vicinity of the station, but no such structure was seen at the time of recovery. For the full description, follow the link below.
Worth noting here, on the topographic map: the cross hair mark at the 'BM 230' is in error; it is on the wrong side of the road.
