One of three identical 3,000,000 gallon water supply tanks built with PWA funding in Sacramento. This tank is near the Campus of Sacramento City College. The other tanks are located at West 33rd ST between J and L streets and the intersection of 45 and V streets.. The cost for both was $703,554.00. The tanks are said to be the largest reinforced concrete water tanks ever constructed and were completed on July 1, 1937.
