The Heber Ranger Station is for the Uinta National Forest. This forest ranger district is a four-season destination. In the summer, the great mountainous terrain and abundant lakes & streams invite visitors to hike, camp, fish, ride mountain bikes, backpack and ride off-highway vehicles. During the winter, the quality snow draws legions of back country skiers, dog sledders and snowmobiling.
