This small sculpture depicts Buffalo Bill Cody tipping his hat to the crowd.
There are two small plaques on the work. The first reads:
"Buffalo Bill the Showman
Peter M. Fillerup"

the second reads:

"DONATED BY THE OWNERS
STAFF AND PATRONS OF
THE BUCKHORN EXCHANGE RESTAURANT
FEB. 26, 1980"

Although this sculpture is inside the Buffalo Bill Museum, it is in the foyer...and can be seen before paying for an admission. But, pay the $5 and visit this fine Museum. Everyday, but Monday. 9-5 in the Spring and Summer, 9-4 in the Fall and Winter.
