Samut Songkram is a small town and province ~90kms to the west of Bangkok. Near the centre of the town is the government precinct, chock full of dedicated, hard working civil servants. Part of this precinct is a provincial public park (I could not find a sign showing the name of the park), and in this park, on the road side fence, near a major intersection, is a tower clock. This tower has four clock faces, is visible across the park, as well as along the road, and it is a distinctive yellow in colour. The clock is also operational. A useful feature of the park.
