For every adult entree ordered, up to two children under 12 ordering from select items from the children's menu are free on Tuesdays.
We do not know if it was a mistake or not, but we also used the $5.99 burger coupon with our order and the free children's meal was still included on our bill. Don't worry. We tipped the waitstaff according to what the bill would have been without the discounts.
