Bronze statue of President Millard Fillmore standing. He is wearing narrow trousers and a Prince Albert coat, with a large cloak thrown over his shoulders. In his left hand he is holding a rolled document and his right hand is resting on some books placed on a small stand.
The statue was placed as the same time as the statue of President Grover Cleveland at the opposite corner of City Hall.
The base is inscribed:
