Chuck's is a small bike shop which sells and repairs both old and new bicycles. His main line is the Schwinn bicycle.
He has been in the business for over 15 years and is well-known in town as an expert in bicycle repair.
His main complaint is the box stores competing with him when selling new bicycles.
Chuck also has a sideline business in the same building as a locksmith and he makes keys for cars, padlocks, and houses.

Your Experience:
Had a nice talk with Chuck about getting a bicycle for my mom who is close to 80. She still likes riding her bike and is very much able to be on her own.
Also, Chuck is in the specialty key making business in the bike shop, so while I was in there I had him make me a couple extra keys for my pickup.
