The Paradise and Pacific Miniature Railroad is the centerpiece of the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park of Scottsdale, Arizona. The P&P was built in the late 1950's by Guy Stillman as a private railroad for his six children on his property. The railroad is a 5/12 scale version of a Colorado narrow gauge railroad. The family donated the land and the railroad to the City of Scottsdale which now operates it. For more information, please visit the park's website.
Featured are 2 steam and 3 diesel locomotives, as well as several types of train cars to ride. Your ride will take you around the park past water towers and over a trestle bridge.
Information taken from the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park website, and The Guide to Arizona's Miniature Railroads website.
