The Johnson County Public Library system was established on December 5th 1911 as the Franklin City Library. Since then it has grown to 4 branches. This Waymark is for the current location of the Franklin Branch. This location provides Internet access to Johnson county residents on their public internet computers, as well as a large collection of books, Videos on VHS as well as DVD, Audio CD's and Audio books on cassete and CD's.
