On April 3th,1995, the Amandine put into the Ostend port for the very last time. Her working life was over and the final chapter of the Ostend Iceland fishing history came to its close. Fortunately, the fishing boat was to be restored at the Maritieme Site Oostende.
Op 03/04/95 loopt de Amandine voor de laatste keer Oostende binnen. Zijn visserijcarrière is afgelopen. Hiermee valt definitief het doek voor de Oostendse IJslandvisserij. Gelukkig wordt het vissersschip gerestaureerd op de Maritieme Site te Oostende.
