Anna Jean Cummings Park is a large park with two distinct levels. The hillside connecting the lower and upper levels has a straight wooden stairway with no landings.

Also on this hillside is a long, wave double slide that drops into a children's playground. There are about 35 wooden steps that lead from the playground along the slide to its top. From the the landing at the slide launch the straight stairway of 80 steps takes one the upper level. If one counts the slide steps as part of the hill climb, the total steps in this outdoor stairway to be 115.
