The Broad Hill, with its natural elevation is a place with unique views across the city.
A free outdoor art installation titled BY ORDER OF ME, is open to the public on Broad Hill since 18th February 2011. Inspired by the young people’s personal experiences and connection to locations and activities throughout Aberdeen, the installation was produced by the 54 pupils from Kingsford Primary School, the visual artist Rachel O’Neill and the writer Davey Anderson as part of a major Aberdeen arts project led by Aberdeen City Council’s Arts Education Team and the National Theatre of Scotland.
