This is Olympic size ice skating rink, the first in the Philippines, is located near the north entrance of the Mall of Asia, the largest mall in the Philippines and third largest in Asia.

This is an impressive ice skating facility in this tropical country, complete with pro-shop.
The Mall of Asia is the flag ship of over 40 malls managed by the SM Group of the Philippines, now expanding to other countries. (Guam was opened recently).
Henry Sy began business with a shoe store, later the Shoe Mart, or "SM" as it became commonly known. Part of his philosophy was that his malls would not be only shopping centers but also places for family entertainment. This huge complex has an entire section devoted to fun - the first IMAX theater, and a large bowling center are also located here, near this, the first Olympic size ice skating rink in the Philippines.
Although equipment rental is available and a full program of recreation and lessons is offered, the facility is large enough for hockey and world class skating events. Skate Asia 2007 was hosted here.
