Restitution claimed that the coffee shop will repair and make operational. Cafe Era underwent minor modifications, but were made insensitive to the damage sites.
The original owner then sold the dilapidated building and moist current owner of the building Luboš Ptácek. He was at the end of 2008, talked with civic associations Studio 19 on the rental sites. The studio also received a subsidy from the European Union in order to correct the cafe to its original state and after tens of years, it could again serve coffee.

Ten studoval v ateliéru u Bohuslava Fuchse.
Puvodní vlastník následne prodal zchátralý a zvlhlý objekt soucasnému majiteli budovy Luboši Ptáckovi.
