One can’t help but feel welcomed to the small town of Sanborn. This great chainsaw carving was done from a tree that formerly stood in this city park and stands about 6’ high. The wooden bear with her hand raised in greeting gives a feeling of hospitality for those passing through town. Her other hand holds her baby bear who joins her in extending a welcoming wave.
