Near the parking lot of this brand new park is a very nice informational kiosk built as an Eagle Scout project. There is a tag which has the information about the Eagle Scout (see gallery).

The information kiosk is made of wood, has a roof to it and both sides exposed. It holds maps, information, trail guide and other township information. The project was completed in 2008 by Ben Selin. There are also several other Eagle Scout projects scattered in this park as well.
