A stone rectangular structure holding two basins, one lower than the other. At the center and on top of the upper basin, a large spherical sculpture by Arnaldo Pomodoro.
Installed in 1968, and inaugurated with the presence of then-president Saragat. Inscription says it is dedicated to the Italians abroad honoring the Motherland.
