The Farnsworth Fish Hatchery was built by the CCC in 1941. Today it is managed and operated by the Farnsworth Trout Club.

Farnsworth Fish Hatchery was built in 1941 by the members of CCC Camp ANF-13. The hatchery was established to provide a trout supply for the streams within the ANF.

Today the hatchery is managed by the Farnsworth Trout Club. It is a cooperative nursery with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and approved as a source for state stocking programs.

The club does not offer regular tours, but is open to visitors and accepts new members.
