This train station was built in 1850 (or possibly as early as 1841).
There is no change to visit the museum but the 60 x 25 foot main room can be rented out for events. As well as the caboose can be reserved for rustic sleepovers.
The Chester Railway Station Museum is open most Mondays and Tuesdays or by appointment. Being an all volunteer organization, there may be gaps, so we recommend calling ahead to insure access. (413)354-7878
