A two tiered falls on the on the Nedd Fechan or Little Neath River near Pontneddfechan in south Wales.

The Sgwd Ddwli Isaf drops about 30 feet in its two tiers. The falls is sometimes called Rainbow falls as rainbows often form in the mist when the sun conditions are right (this was not the case when I visited as it was pouring rain).
The walk to the falls is from the Waterfalls Center (N51° 45.368 W3° 35.661) and the trailhead is across to road to the right and behind the Angel Inn.
