This one shares a satellite building of a larger grocery store mall with a Vietnamese restaurant and a dental office. Some outdoor tables and chairs, but you are still staring at a parking lot.

I don't like Starbucks, but this was no worse than the rest of them. The hot cocoa was lousy, as usual.
