This railway is run by the Hornsby Model Engineers Cooperative Ltd. It has public running days on the second Sunday of each month where members bring their locomotives and carriages to run on the 1km line.
Locomotives are a mixture of live steam, petrol (lawn mower motor) and electric (battery) powered.
