I spoke to the proprietor of the TRANQUIL TATTOO at 1900 E Washington Ave. The artist was a local friend of his son but he only had the first name ZACH. There is another mural on the other side of the building but I will have to go back to get that one.
I thought this painting was very interesting there is a sailing ship, an octapus, plus anchor in a sea. Next there is birds or maybe flying fish, a dragon breathing fire, a couple of skulls. And then a fish coming out of the water into a jungle. A peacock and a womans head with long hair. And over the whole thing a banner with the theme.
