The two story stone building located at 101 N. Broadway in downtown Tecumseh is currently occupied on the ground floor by Countywide News, a local weekly newspaper. The newspaper has occupied the building since 1976.
The second floor of this building has been boarded up and is vacant. The building was formerly a bank. Tecumseh was established in 1891 during the Land Run and many of the buildings on its main street were built in the early decades of the 20th Century.
