The Pike County War Memorial is made of three marble slabs. The central slab has fluted columns. It reads:

Dedicated to the everlasting memory of those from Pike County who gave their lives in the service of their country
in World Wars I and II
Korea and Vietnam.

A row of stars adorn the central panel and a large wreath with a star filling its center is below these stars and above the text.

The two side panels list the names of those that gave their lives. The name of a soldier killed in Iraq has been added to the right hand panel.

The US, Georgia and the POW flags fly over the memorial.
