UME covers a wide area of Cambodia, most major towns, and a few small, have a campus. I have found the staff in each I have visited to be dedicated to creating and building a successful university.
This campus is set back a little from the ocean towards the eastern end of the town. The main and building is a multi-story structure consisting of classrooms and offices for staff and administrators. The university offers a full range of courses, but does orient itself more towards business. I did spend some time talking to one of the staff who was in the information centre, located at the entrance to the campus. Apparently, this campus is functioning well, and there are plans to expand both in size and in number of students. Good luck.
