Wat Chey is a large Wat, atop a hill, ~20kms north of the small city of Kampong Cham. It has a variety of Buddhist buildings, including a small museum housing statues of former abbots. As well as the Buddhist structures, this Wat is also a 'amusement' park. There are lots of fun activities, such as throwing darts at balloons, eats and drinks, and so forth. To reach the Wat you must walk up a flight of stairs to the hilltop.
