This is the bridge where the cove is located, and the water level is constantly changing height. So take a pic of the cove and its current height and whether or not the bridge is closed. Across the bridge are a lot of trails. WARNING: LOTS OF MUD!

This bridge crosses Keeney Cove, which branches off the Connecticut River. Sorry about the low-res pic but it's the best I can do. The various trails are all for quads/ATVs, dirt bikes, and mountain bikes. The trails go all trough the cove and there is what appears to be a dirt bike track (with jumps and stuff) near the underside of the Putnam Bridge (take a pic of that too!). There is a lot of vegetation and trees out here and it's quite nice. Warning: the trails can be EXTREMELY muddy, especially after the bridge has flooded. So be careful where you go.
The recommended method of transportation through the trails is an ATV or Rhino or similar.
