Both sides depict similar, yet different scenes. On one side the puppy is leaning down on its front paws near a ball on the grass and there are flowers all around and the sun shining overhead. This side of the mailbox is partially blocked by a post and was difficult to photograph. The other side has the same puppy and ball, but in this scene the puppy is sitting on its haunches and looking up at a flying butterfly. Similar to the other side, he's amidst a field of flowers and the sun is shining overhead.
