These stunning gates were made and donated by the Bell Bros in 1913 to one of Australia's elite private schools.

These iron gates originally fronted a local mansion 'Lunan House'and were built in the late 19th century. The property was built for James Strahan one of Geelong's first settlers.
In 1913 the current owners of Lunan House donated the gates to Geelong Grammar School. Geelong Grammar is most notably know for its former pupil Prince Charles.
The plaque reads;
