This is the larger of two bells that can be found here at the former Royal Fire Company No. 6, now home to The Fire Museum of York County. Like the other bell here, this one has the name of a fire company whose identity I know not. Considering this is a museum, it would not be unreasonable to suspect the museum collects old bells to decorate their grounds. The bell reads:

Old Joe
Union Steam Fire Co. No. 3.
A.D. 1884
Building Committee
B.C. Pentz; Chairman
E.E. Strayer; Wm. Platts,
B.S. Frey; D.W. Powell,
W.H. Pflieger; G.W. Powell
