Continuing a trend which seems to be almost universal since the ice storm almost two years ago, this restaurant has moved all of it's neon behind the windows. The restaurant itself is a nice (if slightly pricey) combination of Mexican and Salvadoran cuisine, but like every other food place in Oregon has completely lost any amount of spice.
