This metate is adjacent to WM9VJ6, a re-located Victorian home. One can see at least 7 mortar holes in the bedrock. There isn't much information provided at the site about the metate except a plaque which reads:

"LUISENO BEDROCK MORTAR METATE
ESCONDIDO, CA
A.D. 100 - 1700
MARKER PRESENTED BY
