The memoiral is outside the main entrance. It consists of a plaque for each fallen officer. The officers are:

Marshal William Smith - Killed while trying to apprehend three burglary suspects.

Officer Nathan Oscar Longfellow - Shot while taking a suspect that he arrested to the local jail.

Officer Benjamin Mushaney - Shot while responding to a domestic violence call.

Officer Dennis Frank Webb - Shot while questioning a person who matched the description of a suspect in robbery of a convenience
store.

Officer Jesse Kenneth Paderez - Killed when his handgun fell on the ground, accidentally shooting him in the head.
