Along the Mekong river front of the small city of Kampong Cham, is located this hotel. Not too different from its competitors, except for its boastful name, and, its large, bright and red neon sign atop its entrance way. Eyecatching at night on the dark street.
This is the first and only piece of neon I have seen north of Phnom Penh.
