Long Description:
Between being here for cross-country meets in Oct 2009 and Sept 2010, it was discovered that Steele Creek Park established a nine-hole disc golf course. First tee (which are the above coordinates) is across the street from the golf shop next to a parking lot. No fee to play, but sometimes $1 per car to get into the park. Scorecards are available at the Golf Shop at no charge. Discs are also available to rent at the Golf Shop (hours: 9AM-5PM) for $5 per 3 hours. Two different tees available at each hole to allow 18-hole play.
The disc baskets were removed during the high school cross-country meet as the route and course overlapped.
