This memorial is dedicated to the honor and memory of the Veterans
Of the United States of America from Atkinson County, Georgia.
Their valor and sacrifice has allowed us our freedom.
Many gave their last full measure to insure peace and preserve
The rights that we rely upon.
We must not forget.

Description of Memorial:
The monument has three large stone slab set at an angle to each other. The center stone has the text detailed above. The left had stone list those killed during WW I and WW II. The right hand slab list those killed during Korea and Vietnam. The monument also list Desert Storm, but there are no names listed. The stones also have the seals from the Army, Navy, Marine Corp and the Air Force.
