Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly est une municipalité dans la municipalité régionale de comté de Lotbinière au Québec, Canada. Il fait partie de la région Chaudière-Appalaches et la population est de 1462 en 2009.
Membre des plus beaux villages du Québec, Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly a été colonisé depuis les débuts de la Nouvelle-France. La seigneurie de Villieu a été vendue en 1700 à Pierre-Noël Le Gardeur de Tilly. Il s'agissait de la seigneurie de Tilly, qui fait encore aujourd'hui partie du nom de la municipalité. Saint-Antoine est nommé en l'honneur de saint Antoine de Padoue catholique.
La mairie de St-Antoine-de-Tilly est située dans une maison ancestrale, juste derrière l'église. A droite de la porte principale, nous pouvons y voir les armoiries de la ville. Un bureau de poste est annexé à la mairie.

Member of the Most Beautiful Villages of Quebec, Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly has been colonized since the early beginnings of New France. The seigneurie of Villieu was sold in 1700 to Pierre-Noël Le Gardeur de Tilly, and because the seigneurie of Tilly, which is still part of the municipality's name today. Saint-Antoine is named in honour to Catholic saint Anthony of Padua.
The town hall of St-Antoine-de-Tilly is located in an old house, just behind the church. On the right side of the main door, we can see the armorial bearings of the city. A post office is annexed to the town hall.
