Reedley maintains not one but two tanks at the same location. The first (north) tank was erected in 1913 after the City purchased the Water Works from a private interest. The second (south) tank was constructed in 1923. The location is near the Reedley's first City Hall/Fire Station/Public Works Building which is now the Reedley Museum. Both tanks are silver and are labeled with the town's name. The tanks are not listed as USGS Benchmarks.
