A rose garden honoring private citizens and Fontana citizens who lost their lives in combat. Located along the Fontana Segment of the Pacific Electric Trail. The Hazel Putnam Historical Plaza was developed in 2004. The rose garden is the primary element in the Plaza and stretches between an historical Freight Depot and Fontana Farms Lands Real Estate Office now historical society. The Rose Garden is maintained by Society Volunteers and proceeds from plaque sales are used to maintain society programs.
