This nautical flag is located in the grassy area between the road and the parking area for the Great Falls of Passaic.

This nautical flag is not very close to any navigable waters, but the very attractive Great Falls are visible from the other side of the parking lot.
A plaque at the base of the flag marks the dedication of this oark in 1964.
