Resica Falls is publicly accessible, just a short distance from PA Route 402. It is right by the main parking area east of 402 and the Ranger's station, and there is a public viewing area. Per Wikipedia, the total falls is 45 ft in a couple sections.
When water flow is high (spring snowmelt or flood conditions), it acts as a Block Waterfall, but most of the time it is a Cascade Waterfall.
